Riccardo Constant grew up in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He moved to the United States in 2019. He is currently attending the University of Southern California (USC) for a degree in cinema and TV production. He is set to graduate in late 2027 while working part-time as a colorist to support his filmmaking ambition. Constant directed the short psychological thriller “Caroline” in 2022, which marked his filmmaking debut as a writer-director. Caroline was selected by multiple film festivals and was awarded Best Thriller of the Month in March 2023 at The Independent Short Award. Riccardo worked as a crew member on several TV commercials in Haiti, but his true passion is narrative filmmaking, and he is currently building his body of work as a cinematographer.
